Steps:
1. Build your profile
2. Select the job you are interested in
3. Fill out the information in the required boxes
4. Upload/Select your resume & cover letter (stored on profile)
5. Click the checkbox
6. Click 'Apply Job'

The company will receive your application along with others. It will be in review until someone from the company sends you a notification.
Filling job vacancies may take a while. If you do not hear from them after some time, you can send them an email by going to their profile and sending a message directly.
